If you've received the bonus as part of your first transfer, there are two reasons it may have been removed from your account:

• You made a withdrawal. Withdrawing any funds from your MT5 account while the bonus is active during the promotion period will remove it immediately, even if the amount withdrawn is smaller than the bonus itself.
• Your account equity fell below the bonus amount. If your account equity drops below the value of the bonus, the bonus is removed automatically.
• The campaign ended. All bonus amounts issued will expire on 30 June 2026 and are removed on that date, whether or not it has been used.
